Susan Handy, professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Policy at the University of California, Davis, and the director for the National Center for Sustainable Transportation.

Background:

UC Davis serves as the lead university for the National Center for Transportation Sustainability consortium, which targets high-priority transportation issues for government, industry and community leaders.
